Expert Witness Services

We have provided independent Expert Witness services for over a decade in many financial and banking disputes, acting for both claimants and defendants as a single or joint expert witnesses. We are fully conversant with the requirements of the procedural (CPR) rules for both criminal and civil proceedings.

 Both oral and written evidence can be provided as required and we are experienced at running expert meetings. Additionally, we take part in mediations and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) to support resolution.

 Probably one of the most valuable aspects of the service we provide, is not only explaining how financial transactions or products work, but also focusing the parties all the relevant aspects of that transaction or product, so that a speedy and swift resolution can be found.
